This free tool can calculate body fat percentage based on thickness measurements of skin folds.
The tool uses age, weight, and skinfold measurements from Tricep, Thigh, Suprailiac, Abdomen, and Chest to calculate an estimated body fat percentage. This tool uses Jackson-Pollocks three point method which is relatively accurate for most except athletes and body builders who have very low body fat percentage.
